Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Shirts cannot be returned if they have been worn.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Any worn, washed, or damaged items.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Gift cards or donations made through the shop.
Return Process:
- Email our support team at info@thekeytomyheart.org with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your return.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds & Exchanges:
- Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange is unavailable, a refund will be provided.
